Hello,

Starting from today, I have problem with allocating CREDIT to members of group.

Each time, eaven I made choice of user I want to credit I am getting message:

Please select a member to allocate credit to.

Does anybody else have same problem, or anybody have an Idea how to resolve this issue?

I tried it from Firefox, IE 7.0.5730.11...

Like it does not post, or reckognize post request... ?!

i get reply:

Thank you for contacting Skype Support.

Allocating credit is easy. We have a visual user guide that shows you how to do it:

http://www.skype.com/help/guides/stepbyste...se/aboutcredit/

Alternatively you can follow these steps:

1. Go to: https://secure.skype.com/business/manage/overview.html?

2. Click on Skype Credit on the left side of the page.

3. Choose “All Users” to view all the members of your Business Control Panel.

4. Select the person to whom you want to allocate credit and then enter the sum you wish to allocate

5. Click the "Add" button. The credit will be instantly allocated to the user’s account.

Yes , I have the same problem ,where is skype staff? This problem happened from 3rd Oct , and i'm sure it's a skype system problem ,it's not the the broswer problem ,it works before ,but now it doesn't work.
No reply after submitted the ticket ,and you all can see ,what they replied to Superbaobao, the answer has no relationship with this issue.
Hope Skype staff can really do something and fix it.

Hi Milinko,

We are looking into the issue.

It would help me if you can tell us your Skype Name or the name of the Control Panel.

Thank you,

Wilhelm
