I'm new in skype I purchased Phillips 321 phone and when I call the people sound like they are talking in slow motion. I never had that problem when I was using my headset. I have verizon DSL. I also can not upgrade to 3.50 Skype I had to use the edtion which came with the phone. The phones (Two) worked great the first day. Can anyone give me an idea what to do.
