I downloaded and installed a Skype Plug-in that I found under Skype Extras. Now I would like to uninstall it but I can't find the files. I looked for the program name in Program Files, and under Add/Remove Software, and I performed a searched the system disk; found nothing. Is there something fundamental about the way plug-ins are typically stored that I am over looking?

Using the Skype window:

Tools -> Do More -> Organize Your Extras

Click on the Menu for the Extra in question, choose uninstall.

Hi, I am having a similar problem. However, the plug-in that I need to remove does not appear in "My Extras." When opening Skype, a small pop-up dialogue box appears with a message to the effect: "This version has Expired, please download the new version" and then my web browser attempts to open: http://testing.onlytherightanswers.com/Uni...alChatRenew.htm which is nonexistent.

I cannot find any Universal Chat in the "My Extras" section. The only thing that looks like it might be related to this plug-in is a folder inside my "Plugin Manager" folder called "MLS." It contains many files like "skypePM_ARE.mls" "skypePM_CHT.mls" "skypePM_DEU.mls" etc., although they may be completely unrelated.

Does anyone know which files belong to this "Universal Chat" and how to remove them safely?

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Regards,
Lon
