Hope this is not a repeat post - I did search but did not find an answer.
I would like to know if SKYPE logs the calls we make - numbers etc - if we call a landline - and also are the chat conversations logged by SKYPE ??

Like an internet provider or phone company in our country keeps logs of everything for 5 years .. I would like to know the SKYPE policy on such matters please

SKYPEOUT and SMS are logged stored for accounts purposes.
Not 'the' actual conversation just the details in your account page.

PC2PC calls ect are just stored locally in your history, just the event NOT the actual call.

Even VM is only stored locally on YOUR PC once you listened to it.

all SKYPE stores is your contacts list
