Good day ppl

I am here to ask fo one of my friends how it is possible to ger her password back?
She has not logged in for some months as she tryed it some days ago she couldn't remind on
her Password anymore as she tryed to get it by the lost password option she typed in as usally
Her skype-name and the right email what she had setted,but still the page is keep telling her that there would be no email on this account what is actually not true ...

How can my friend get her password back?
Coz it would be nice to keep the account wasntme.png

Only if she has paid services
Then she can raise a ticket via help, giving all her details AND the last 4 digits her CC.

Without a paid service it is impossible to get? coz that she never did doh.png
