I just updated Skype to version 3.5 and now my Hotrecorder no longer works with Skype. I get an error message that says something about hotrecorder needs to be running before my conversation begins. I've always used hotrecorder to record my podcasts but now it no longer works. Anyone else out there with this problem?

It seems I have solved my own dilemma with this problem. I went to a file storage site and downloaded the last build of Skype 3.0 and that solved the problem - I can now record via Hotrecorder again. That is a good thing as I record many podcasts using this method and hotrecorder works very well for me

So if you have the same problems I had after upgrading your Skype to version 3.5 = this action resulted in my Hotrecorder program not working anymore! As of this point just go back and get an older version of Skype and reinstall it and your back in business!

It has been a couple days now and I still have not received any help. If you are experiencing a tremendous amount of requests, I can understand that...please at least give me a response that you acknowledge my concern and will get back with me later.

I had to reinstall the software to activate the Skype feature, but now I can not switch between the other services like Google Talk. If I change to another service, HotRecorder will not go back to Skype.

Secondly I am getting this ECHO sound when I record a conversation. My voice sounds fine but the other person talking to me is Echoing. I've looked in all possible areas of my computer system and can not seem to find the problem.

I purchased your software based upon the two minute trial you provided. The trial software worked great, but when I purchased the premium software and it is not working properly. I really would like to resolve this. Please refund my hard earned money if you are unable to help me.

I hope HotRecorder's developers resolve this ASAP. I just downloaded the 15 day trial of PrettyMay Skype plugin...it seems to be working very well so far.

Doe's anyone have suggestions for another software I can test or that has received great reviews???

I call it Not Recorder.

Used to work fine, had to format drive.

I have my original ser. number and can t even connect to their server to register and use the full version.

No reply from support.

Even parts of their website are not responding.
