When using skype on my Windows Vista PC with all the bells and whistles, the video quality of people broadcasting TO ME, is always poor and grainy.

Yet when I end the call, move to my crappy windows xp laptop, the same persons video is so crisp? why is that?

I have the top end EVERYTHING on my Vista PC, and every video looks 10 times better on that computer, so why would a streaming video from skype be worse off?
