I can only take video snap shots when the video is in the "call tab". Not when its "in window" or "full screen".
is there a "ctrl" command that you can hit. like control + S? or something to enable a snapshot during the larger video modes? The snap shots taken in the call tab are soo tiny

thanks in advance.
Hi,
I have the same problem. The only way to take a snaphot in the "in window" mode is to open the right-click menu from that window, it has a "take a snapshot" feature (not tried in full screen, though in that case I could use the global PrintScreen key and then paste the snaphot somewhere). Regretfully the click--click method is cumbersome and not adequate if you want to catch the video at the right moment you like. Specific keyboard shortcuts do not seem to be included with Skype, only a few "global shortcuts" customizable from the Options but restricted to just a few commands.
Someone claimed to have made a shapshot accidentally, by clicking some key combination, but he don't remember what... It could be worth trying, e.g. hitting all the Function keys in sequence, or combined with ctrl, alt, window etc. Let me know if you succeed...
