Full Version: version 1.4.0.99 crashes openSUSE 10.2
I have been using skype-1.4.0.74-static.tar.bz2 happily for some time on openSUSE10.2 with up-to-date patches. Yesterday I decided to upgrade to skype-1.4.0.99-suse.i586.rpm which seemed to go alright. But when I executed the new skype, mouse & keyboard (or the whole system?) simply froze. I had to hit the power/reset button to recover. Very disappointed (I have only experienced such a crash once before on SUSE with nedit caused by some utf8 error..)
Does anyone know where I might find some error log or other info that might shed some light on the cause of the crash?
