Ok, so im new to skype, iv just set it up. I purchased the Skype Unlimited Plan, and i was just about to purchase the Skype In plan aswell, so i could receive calls with it, But there is no receiving number for Canada?

Did i just overlook it, or is there actually not a skype in number for us Canadians?..

No - you didn't overlook it.
The SkypeIn program is not available in Canada.
It's a question of the relevant Canadian telco authorities not issuing the necessary licenses to Skype.
