Have had to create a new account as my original account caracara148 (with 18.00 credit) has had the password changed and the email address so I can no longer reset the password. I now have a profile with a different surname despite being in others contacts as me.
Can anyone help me reactivate the acoount 1. to get the credit back
2.to reset my profile so all my contacts dont have to add me again,
any details of the account or me required just post

Please raise a ticket via help. Give all your details including the last 4 digits your credit card. SKYPES fraud department should then sort out
