I have submitted several issues when was trying to put money on my skype account. The problem is that it account was first time payed from one card and now I wish to pay from another. What could affect problem here? I am having this issue for a week or more.

One more issue that I have Skype in and out and there should be voicemail assigned to this but it is not and I am unable to use this service. Any suggestions on how it should be activated?

I have submitted several tickets on these topics, no feedback received. Unfortunately i do not remember first time ticket was submitted.

Hi Steve,
Issue #1 - you can't use more than one credit card to fund the same Skype account, I'm afraid.
You will need to choose an alternative payment method or use the same card as was originally used.
Issue #2 - re VM - are you subscribed to SkypePro? In which country are you located?

I am currently using skype-in (Business control panel) and I cannot use my free voicemail. According to your FAQ you need provide me with free voicemail voucher. My company looses money!

Steve - you will need to request the missing VM voucher from Skype by filing a support ticket here

I have submitted case today - September 06 2007 at 12:30, number still not received

And in my correspondence I have found tracking number for previous case - it is 70712-1371354

Please assist with any of these 2 cases.

Is the first issue the one where I advised that you cannot use the same credit card for more than one Skype account?
If so, you have the answer now. If different please advise.
Re issue # 2 please advise if you don't receive a response after 4 business days.

still nothing received. I need to have autoresponder for my business, as soon as possible.


and regarding credit card - I need to change owner for my bill for templatesflow.support what should i do for that??

Norman, we have purchased Skype In and Skype out from you, we spend not so small money every day on Skype. And one small ridiculous thing makes troubles for 1.5 month.

Is it so hard to provide me with 1 voucher? It is not hard to me to pay extra for it, but if it should be included into my account - i will receive it!
So please do all you need to do - but provide me this feature ASAP!

what should I say to my boss? why? when?
he is killing me cause I'm not able to setup autoresponder for 1.5 already almost 2 month.
