HI there can I purchase a SkYPE business pack in New Zealand if not which country would be the closest to get one from or where online can I purchase one.

The Small Business Pack is not available in New Zealand. But you can purchase all the individual components online. If you go to www.skype.biz you can register for the Business Control Panel using your existing Skype Name. You then use the Control Panel to purchase Skype Credit which you can distribute to other members of your company. With regards to Skype Pro, it is available in New Zealand, so the best thing to do is allocate a small amount of credit to each or your users (about $10) then they can use this credit to sign themselves up to Skype Pro. It will deduct the monthly fee for SKype Pro from the users account, so best thing to do is enable auto-top up via the Business COntrol Panel, this way they wont run out of credit.
