How do I upload a custom voicemail greeting for my skype voicemail? I have a professional greeting recorded and ready to go. Thanks

You need to record it by using the Skype Client Window:
Tools -> Options -> Calls -> Voice mail
You can see where you can click the button to begin recording your voice mail greeting.

Maybe you didn't read my question but I have a custom greeting recorded already.
It is in MP3 format.
How do I upload it?

There currently, is NO method to upload a pre-recorded voice greeting using the Skype client. In any format.
