Where us skype customer support
I am very perplexed at the difficulty of obtaining customer support. I wanted to upgrade my service and I clicked on the help area. The box that allows you to describe your problem is grayed out and there is no way of sending Skype a message to try to resolve my issue. Does anyone know a direct email address for skype customer service.

Usually after you obtain a product for service you have difficulty with customer service. In this case I wanted to increase my service and MAYBE THE MAN ABOVE IS TELLING ME THAT MAY NOT BE A GOOD IDEA.

Even if you get in contact with them via email you will still find your support to be very dissapointing. I tried to get help with my account about a month ago and all I got was automated emails (that were made to look real, the senders name was "tamara" but it was really a computer) untill I told them I was conntacting the better buisnness burea if I didn't get a refund right away. Well I got my refund and and luckily did not have to sue anyone.

I have to admit the "greyed out box" is confusing.

However, if you enter information "field by field", and choose the topic about which you have a question the box becomes white and available to post your comment!

I have been trying for the last month to transfer funds between two segments of my account and you do absolutely nothing... You won't even respond to my questions. Now when it suits you your damn computer ask me to make a decision what I want to do. I have had enough. Either you respond to this message or I take my business elsewhere. I will respond to this but I already know you answer. My next move and I will make it in just a few minutes is too broadcast this to all users. Please test me. devil.png

1. Have you submitted a support request about this problem, if so, on what date?

I personally can't understand what transfer funds between two segments of your account means?

You cannot use the SAME method of payment for more than one Skype account unless it is the method of payment for the Skype control panel.
