I agree it is a huge annoyance but it is always to protect the user.
A support ticket is the only option. If no reply after 4 workig days, we can try to help out via the forum. Remember that the forum is not an official support channel, submitting a ticket is.
You can't prevent your account for being blocked again. When it happens, it is for your own safety.
Why does it take so long for a response?
Why is there no way to reply or discuss the issue. It is just a "Response".
Is it really a SUPPORT TICKET if there is no way for the customer to respond?Seems like it's a one way street that takes four days to travel each time.
I see several posts about the 'response' not even addressing the questions asked in the ticket.
The last "response" I got also did not address my question in the original support ticket - it was the answer to some other question using similar keywords.
Why are so many support responses seemingly ignoring or not comprehending the support issues and questions asked?
From my perspective, the responses seem "canned" - or from a "script book". And someone is selecting what responses are copied and pasted based purely on the keywords used in the ticket.
And then it takes another 4+ days to get further clarification...
For me, this four+ day response time for support - that is simply - "A Response - or Some Response" goes way beyond an annoyance.
