Hmmm... first, when you say SkypeMate, I assume you have a B2K or B3G unit.
Now, it should not be too hard to get done...
Connection 1: USB from B2K to Computer
Connection 2: Take line input from your phone (not the wall or router, the actual phone you are using) and put it to the LINE input on the B2K unit...
Connection 3: Take an extra RJ11 from the TEL input on the B2K and insert it in your phone.
That should do it... [

I purchased a SkypeMate to replace a Vosky Call center because I was not happy with Vosky. I can not figure out how to connect the SkypeMate with my Qwest DSL. There is no tech support for SkypeMate and Qwest DSL tech support never even heard of Skype. The instructions show that you connect your landline and phone to the Skypemate and to your computer with USB. However, I have Qwest combined DSL and landline in one connection that goes to the Qwest Router. If I disconnect that line from the router and connect it to the skypeMate, my Internet connection is lost, of course. I tried using a splitter on the Qwest line and sent one connection to the Router and one to the SkypeMate but this did not work. Details are that the SkypeMate has one USB out and one line in and one phone in. the Qwest Rotuer has one USB out and one line in and one phone in. The instructions with the skypeMate assume you have two seperate lines for DSL and landline and that the DSL goes right to your computer. Any ideas?
