I am having a problem with my Skype. I had to re-install my computer after a major crash. I also re-installed Skype (3.2). As I had forgotton my username, I chose another. That started all the problems. I had about 10 euros for Skype out calls credit, but kept on receiving messages that my Skype Credit was about to expire. I sent three messages to Skype asking for help. I removed Skype completely from my computer and re-installed it. It automatically incorporated my new username and I had no chance to use my old username "luukfrancken".
Skype never answered my emails (three in total). I only got more messages that my credit was running out. I now got the last message, that my credit was gone. I had lost it. I don't care about that, but I want to get Skype installed with my old username. Is there someone out there that can tell me how to remove the new username and re-install the old one? PLEASE?

Can you clarify your post please, you say first you have added you and your wife to your "business name" but then you say (quoted above) you cannot add you and your wife to the created group.

See User Guide for business control panel
http://www.skype.com/help/guides/stepbyste...ouse/index.html

add users: http://www.skype.com/help/guides/stepbyste...se/addingusers/

assign credits: http://www.skype.com/help/guides/stepbyste...se/aboutcredit/

and the FAQ
http://support.skype.com/index.php?_a=know...ubcat&_i=36

What is going wrong?

Credits to be used in control panel must be purchased from the control panel, not from the individual user account since credits and services cannot be transferred between accounts, only assigned via control panel.

Your problem is not the same since you're not having a problem using the business control panel. It's usually better to start a new topic but I think we can solve this quick without risk of hijacking the thread further:

Which username you are singing in to have nothing to do with your Skype installation. For example, you could install Skype on a PC in an Internet café and have different Skype users signing in to it every minute.

In Tools > Option unselect Skype is starting with Windows.
Go to File > Sign Out. Sign in with desired username, also unselect option to auto-sign in with this username if you don't want it to sign in automatically each time you use Skype.

If none of the account credit is not used in 180 days, the credit will expire. To prevent this from happening, just sign into the account in question and make a call or send an SMS, it will reset the 180-day clock to zero.
