I tried it 3 times: designing a clonie, a moving (blinking eyes) face, the blinking Eiffel Tower behind, a dog waving his head by my side. Everythin looked fine, especially the blinking Tower. But after buying and downloading/installing as new avatar, the Klonie is now shown as still image, without the blinking/moving effects. Have I done anything wrong or is the moving during the creation just kind of a tricky illusion to make customers buy?

Has anyone used Klonies and could tell me if there is still any movement after download?

Thanks
Alex

Hi Alex,

I'm having the same problem you are. Don't have any answers. Have searched the skype website and can't find any answers. Maybe we should get refunds. The Klonie business really needs to present more information. After the download, I had a time trying to figure out how to put it were it's suppose to be.

Good Luck! ~Russ

Hi, in the meantime Skype has already wrote that they would refund me the money, the Klonies are not meant to be moving at this time.
You too should write to support!

Greetings

I wish I had seen this before I purchased mine less than an hour ago. speechless.png Submitted a ticket just a bit ago, as well. Hopefully I can request a refund. Such a bummer since I was really looking forward to the moving Klonie on my profile.
