1.4 repos are prepared and will be online soon.
There's one change to rpm repo url, not reflected on the www page yet:
[skype]
name=Skype Repository
baseurl=http://download.skype.com/linux/repos/fedora/updates/i586/
gpgkey=http://www.skype.com/products/skype/linux/rpm-public-key.asc
The url does not contain fedora version anymore, the package should work on fc5, 6 and 7.
