The api docs say the minimize command should minimize the Skype window to the system tray but the current behavior is to just minimize and leave it in the task bar. Any chance you can look at this and maybe call the the qt hide command instead of minimize to fix this ? The main issue I have is that focus command doesn't raise the window again after minimize but i think it will after a hide.
