Have a product for Skype..
Within the first stages of dev my product should I get a contract drawn up from an attorney..?

Also I know that I would want to outsource the project.. Is eLance a Great source..?

And once my product is developed, How can it be marketed within the Skype platform.. and what are the steps in making " IT" happen..
