Could we have an RPM packaged for RedfHat 9?

The skype_qt3_1-0.92.2-suse.i386.rpm works fine but depends on package "qt3". Redhat provides qt (versdion 3.1.1) in package "qt".

Although I have installed the package fine my update manager continues to complain about broken links and tries to un-install skype.

ps Its a great package. The first call I got had me running for my phone (instead of my PC) wondering why it sounded like a metal bell! :-)

For a specific version the dependencies were set with qt instead of qt3 (as used for suse)
I don't know if it's possible to write a rpm spec that is satisfied with either of them... if yes, this would be pratical for skype :-)
Otherwise repackage for ReadHat.

Yes, please, I second this.

This is the reason for the thread I started "Which download for RedHat 9.0".

Please make a version which installs on RedHat 9, there must be many users out there.
