It would be great if a bank check card with a Visa logo on it were accepted as if it were a Visa credit card, like it is EVERYWHERE ELSE in the world!
Tried getting SkypeOut earlier this month and the transaction was cancelled, but never got a clear understanding of why. Thought I'd try to order it again today, but see the payment options (or at least the screen) looks different, but before completing the process, checked with Live Help and it seems that only credit cards are accepted at this time.

Makes absolutely NO sense to me, but I guess I'll just have to wait until bank check cards with the Visa logo are accepted by Skype. Never had a problem using this card online until trying to buy SkypeOut.

Otherwise, I'm quite pleased with the technology and so happy to be a Skyper! :lol:
