Hi,

I upgraded to 0.92, and where I had Skype 0.91 in my own language (Dutch), it's now completely in English. I can switch to other languages, but Dutch just gives English words.

Terminus, princeofnaxos is right.
The dutch lang file is missing... there are only 21 .qm files, but 22 languages offered.
