Could it be possible to get displayed an icon/photo for each
person (also telephone user via Skypeout) - and make something
moving/changing within the icon/photo when the actual person speaks ?
For example, if there is a photo, the photo could be displayed more clarely
than the others (and blink ?) when the corresponding person speaks.

My point here is to get visualized (and see the name of ?) whom is speaking
within a conference (if it is a larger group - I guess there soon will be possible
to have a conference with 20 people and more ?).

One may also want to see (get visualized) whom is listenng to a conference -
and it could be possible to join and leave a conference several times....

That's kind of the way it works already. If I get your question right. People can add their own pictures to their profile and when your in a conference call each person shows on the screen. I'm not sure about the moving or flashing part being that more than one person could and usually talks at the same time.

Today you have to recognize the voice in order to identify whom is talking ?
My point is to visualize whom is talking within a pretty large group -
and whom is there listening (and whom is out on the toilette).

I assume one can have a conference during many hours (maybe days) - especially
if one at the same time can communicate via graphics/text and different
type of "body language". Real time video of the talking person would be great...

Maybe forget the telephone idea/concept and think about communication in general
- also within groups ? One could make scientific conferences etc without travelling....
