I was looking in other forums to set the nuber of rings before voicemail pickup and the 2.6 beta client seems to be missing a setting in the shared.xml file.

<NoAnswerTimeout>20</NoAnswerTimeout>

20 appears to be the number of seconds before voicemail picks up.

Is there another way to set the number of rings? Cureently it is set to about 10-rings (which is way too long for me) I would prefer 5 rings (approx 10-seconds).

Any help on this is appreciated. Also, adding this to the client gui would be GREATLY apppreciated.

Thanks,

I agree - I should be able to set the number of rings. The inability to not set rings is a real inconvenience - people won't wait for 8 rings.
