I have added some prime services of my own and I am not really interested in building a website to advertise my help. Is there a way to search the prime services?

i only found http://forum.skype.com/index.php?showtopic=80042&st=20# basically it's a small list on the forums... skype prime is still beta... am sure there will be a skype find type directory for it soon.... and on that note have you considered adding your service to the skype find directory?
