Yesterday received the s710, great Smartphone cured in all the details.

I have downloaded the version of Skype 2.2.0.20 for Smartphone, and I have choose the link related to the HTC S620, since is the version for Smartphone, and looks like the same for all the smart phones.

ATTENTION on web site is POSSIBLE download the Skype beta version with high and low clock of CPU which are only for PDA-Phone, instead of the S710 need the version for smart-phone.

I have tried to install the version for PDA-Phone with high or low of CPU clock , but is not possible install it and I have got always an error at the end of the installation procedure.

I have installed Skype Beta successfully through the cab file, saved on card of memory and without the GSM sim card and without synchronisation with my PC, let’s say “Virgin”, in order to test it with an "empty device".
The program is installed on a memory card (micro SD) with 2 GB memory.

I have executed the connection with positive Echo-test with delay of voice similar to the first versions of Skype.

Later I will test Skype calling my friends, and I will keep the S710 “Virgin”, just to be sure that is working fine. After it I will synchronised with my PC, insert the GSM Sim Card, and test it again in order to verify which performance the s710 has in normal condition, and verify if and how the volume of the data could creates problems to the CPU and to Skype.

If someone has some suggestion it is welcome!
