I did this a month ago, and no response. I am trying to use the site to send a support request again, and on my Mac, both Firefox and Safari browsers do not enable the input field to describe the problem. Without this field completed, I cannot submit the form. Appreciate any help.

few users have expreienced this problem, and i've not seen a solution for it other than to use a friends computer to submit the support request.
