I have been waiting 8 days (payment made 8th April) for my payment to be registered in my account, and as its now the weekend im guessing i wont see anything until Monday now ?
But i also received an email (20th April) claiming i never completed a purchase on the 26th March! I never made any purchase on that date.

I would have used the proper Customer Services options but i kept being put onto a link which didnt answer my questions.

how long you need to wait depends on payment method, for card payments this has been way too long, for bank transfers it's still early days. if you post that payment method you used, someone may be able to advise you of the expected wait time

yup, you never made a purchase, hence it was not complete wink.png it's possible on that day you were looking into skype services and decided to say, pick a skypein number but closed the browser as opposed to paying skype. ignore the e-mail so long as it's not about the purchase you are trying to make

that page you saw should have also said if your questions are not answered please click submit at the bottom of the page... so please, try again, if you see the linked page, scroll to the bottom and click submit for a second time
