Hi all,

I just downloaded and installed the 2.6 beta on two macs residing in two different countries. The echo and other artefacts that were extremely annoying in 2.5 have disappeared but when I made my second call to the other mac user, the connection went well, but we couldn't hear each other. Repeated attempts and it was only working one way. After more attempts it worked both ways again.

I don't know if anyone else is having this problem?

Running skype 2.6 beta on both. Not sure what you mean when you ask "which mac it was"? It's an old iMac from 2005 if I remember correctly. It works now and maybe it was a one time occurrence, but I thought I'd post it here anyway since it took several tries before it worked at that particular instance.

BTW I'm on a MacBook Pro latest. 2GB ram etc if you need more details just ask
