Hi all,

I am a fully newbie user of skype. I wanna buy an USA skype in number for business use.
When I try to pay it by my unverified paypal with enough funds in it, my payment has been refunded at once when I completed the payment. Also the order is showed as cancelled. I am really confused with this situation. Can anyone help me work out what's wrong for me?

btw my friend has purchased an SKYPE IN number successfully with my paypal account about 2 months ago.

I am appreciated your help...

The problem is that you say your PayPal account has already been used for another Skype account.
You cannot use the same PayPal account to fund two different Skype accounts.
You will need to purchase using a different payment method.
