Full Version: Help: My deposit not credited due to incomplete information

When making the bank transfer they put in the reference numbers of my orders, but not that it was for Skype nor my name, so I never got credit. This was mid March. Skype doesnt answer and it seems I lost my money and cant make calls? What can I or should I do? The money is no Global Collects account since March 19, 2007. The references are 308907347669 and 308907428169, paid in Sapin to the BBVA bank for 2 orders together.

You will need to file a ticket to Skype detailing the situation.
There is a link on my signature line.
