If i make changes to "Description Text" in the "Publishing" tab, then re-save, re-build, and re-sync (or not, doesn't matter if i do or don't) when I test again, the changes do not appear in My Extras.

This is using the latest version of Publishing Studio. (see PubStudQuest.jpg)

Also, how does one input the Details/Screenshots and the main graphic? (see ExtrasQuestions.jpg)

Anyone with any information, thanks for your help in advance!

Regards,
Jeff

The first problem sounds like a bug so would be best to add to jira.

The second question – the additional information such as longer description text etc.. can only be added after the extra is approved and added to the gallery. When you’ve published it, it comes to the back office and when I’ve approved it, it goes up into the extras gallery. The person who uploaded the extra originally should be able to make alterations to the text, add an image etc… A link will come up on the left column of the extras gallery, near where it says 'Post Submissions'. When you're logged in, there should be a link called ‘My Submissions’ and you can click through to make changes. Comments are added by users, not the developer.

Cheers,
Caitlin

There is already one Jira issue where this problem has been raised - https://developer.skype.com/jira/browse/PIF-557

Comment from there - You should try uninstalling the Extra from EM and then building a new SPARC with new strings in PS and then installing it to EM again.

If you have further questions, please feel free to add a comment to that Jira case as Jira is the only official source of getting help from Skype.

Thanks for the info. Unfortunately, when i try to access that issue i get a Permission Violation error:
ERROR
"It seems that you have tried to perform an operation which you are not permitted to perform.

If you think this message is wrong, please consult your administrators about getting the necessary
permissions."

I tried logging into JIRA and searching for the issue, as well as using the link, but the error happens every time.

Regards,
Jeff
