Do you guys remember the PROMOTION at the begining of the year for Skype Unlimited 14.99?????? No, Its says I have NO CREDIT? Why?

The promotional price was $14.95
The subscription you paid for the UCP is NOT SkypeOut credit and will therefore not appear as such on your credit balance.
Upon successful signing up you should have received a $2.10 addition to your credit as a welcome gift from Skype.
Please advise if this is not the case.
