Full Version: Money Transfer not activated on my account

Dear Sir/Madam,

following a Skypeout order of 11,50 Euro I have transfered the money to Global Collect stating the given reference. The amount appears as paid on the global collect website. This is about 6 weeks ago. The amount has not been activated yet.
What can I do? I have been writing emails to billing@skype.net, and I have also submitted 3 requests. No answer.
I would like to know what might have happened? How can I contact a skype staff person that may solve my problem.

Please advise your username and the date of your FIRST filed ticket to Skype.
It's not possible to contact a Skype member of staff in person, I'm afraid.
The only contact method is via the ticket system.
If you provide the details requested above a Moderator will remind Skype that this problem is not yet resolved.

By 'first ticket' I mean the date on which you sent your first message to Skype.
