Dear Sir/Madam,
following a Skypeout order of 11,50 Euro I have transfered the money to Global Collect stating the given reference. The amount appears as paid on the global collect website. This is about 6 weeks ago. The amount has not been activated yet.
What can I do? I have been writing emails to billing@skype.net, and I have also submitted 3 requests. No answer.
I would like to know what might have happened? How can I contact a skype staff person that may solve my problem.
