I am confused by the skype pricing. There appears to be a whopping surcharge if I connect to a foreign land line or cell phone. Is there a page on skype that shows the receving land line and cell phone costs for each country based on a one minute duration? That way I can see exactly what my costs would be for calling each country's land line or a cell phone in that country.

At your Account Page you can see a comphrensive list of SkypeOut calling costs to almost every country in the world.
If you are based in the US., the cost to call a European cellphone is around 11 times the cost in the US.
