I payed 50.- € with a banktransfer, and after almost a month the credit is not added to my skype out account. I made more then five request and until today nobody from skype was answering me. the sender bank and the bank how received the money are able to track the money. but there is no way to contact skype or get a answer from them.

who knows how to contact them without using the customer support. (because they don't answer, also when there is writen, to here from them within 72 hour.

Me too. You won't see the money and either any credit I guess.
