Made a mistake

I ordered the wrong service, I just ordered unlimited calling to US and Canada, but what I wanted was unlimited with a phone number.

I ordered the wrong service over an hour ago and still waiting for the unlimited. I have written customer support but haven't herd from them yet. How do I switch my order to the service that I want?

Can some one from Skype call me to clear this up?

Can you clarify that you ordered the Unlimited Calling Plan in error instead of a SkypeIn # which you wanted ?
If this is correct and you've made it clear in your filed ticket please be advised that we are experiencing a minimum response time to filed tickets of 4 business days.
If you haven't received a reply by then please advise here with your username.
It's not possible for someone from Skype to call you, I'm afraid.

I was never asked what phone number I wanted. Im on long island new york and would like a 516 or 631 number.

As advised, the Unlimited Calling Plan and the SkypeIn # system are two completely separate programs.
Now that you have purchased the UCP you need to buy a SkypeIn # separately if that's what you want.
You can do this at your Account Page.
If you don't want the UCP please advise.

no one has gotten back to me from skype, how do you contect couctmer service? Do they have a phone number to call?
I need a home phone number, I order the wrong service how do I switch to unlimted with a phone number?

do i have to spend anther 38.00 that would bring it to 66.00 ??????????

Thanks for your latest e-mail.
If you do NOT want the Unlimited Calling Plan you should ask for a refund which I understand you have done.
You can meanwhile purchase a SkypeIn # as refunds take around 3 weeks to complete..
As I explained, the two programs are totally separate.
There is not a telephone # to call.
The contact method is via the ticket system.
