For weeks I have noticed that I am beeing overcharged on my long distance calls to Germany.
On an avarage 10-15 minute call it will be about 0.05 cents.
Today I made a call : 10.39 min. and was charged 0.27 cents (10.39 min. X 0.21¢ = 21.8¢)

So far I have been overcharged at least $1.50 in the last several month,
Please give me credit and quit overcharging me.

11 minutes x .021 = 23.1cents - plus 3.9 cents connection fee = 27cents

Sounds about right.

Calls to German landlines cost 2.1 cents per minute plus a 3.9 cent connection fee.
Please note that calls to German cellphones cost 24.6 cents per minute plus the connection fee.
Please advise here if you feel you have been overcharged with as much detail as possible.

This call was only 4:58 minutes as per call history but I was charged for 11:57 minutes.
I made couple of test calls to see their arbitrary billing.

Skype is really scam and they cheat you by all means.

As per this I paid 0.05/minute which is contrary to their published price of 0.021.

I have sent so many mails on their cusotmer support, but the reply and support was to follow this link like a fool:
