Full Version: Skype for Mac 2.6 Beta on MacBook
Hi - I am a new user to Skype and have been trying to converse with friends who ar operating on both Macs and PC's. I am using MacBook with built-in iSight. The quality of the video seems poor both in sending and receiving and the sound I am transmitting has a delay and occassional high-pitch "squeek". Can anyone give me any suggestions to improve this quality? Thanks.
What is your internet connection speed, both upload and download?

Also - are the remote parties you are talking to, are they using Skype 2.6 for Mac or Skype 3.2 for Windows? If they are not you will still experience the high-pitch squeek.
