i had my eur 30 ukash voucher .After spending eur 11,50 on skype credit out of this eur 30 , i was not given new voucher number nor new voucher value. There was only written ; You have change left over from voucher.... Voucher value ... . This is not the first time. What the problem?

You will need to file a ticket with Skype explaining the situation.

I got this response for you from Customer Support:

Your PIN number can only be used once.

After you redeemed part of your voucher, you are provided with a new PIN for the remaining amount that has not been used. New numbers are printed on the screen when redeeming your current voucher.

If you do not have the new numbers stored, please contact Ukash directly at and they can provide you with a new PIN number for the remaining amount:

Please note that you need the initial voucher details in order to get the new pin and voucher number.
