Full Version: Call forwarding with UCP

I signed up for UCP, but I am being asked to get skype credit to forward calls... Is it supposed to be that way?
On a side note, I do see the welcome to UCP on my account home page, but I did NOT get the 2.10 sign up bonus. Are the two related? Shouldnt call forwarding be included in the UCP?

Call forwarding is specifically EXCLUDED from the UCP.
Upon successful signing up you should have received a $2.10 addition to your credit balance.
If this not happened please file a ticket to claim this amount.
