The same day I ordered my skypein (which I have no problem with the service) I requested a cancellation because of an area code error since you can't make any changes in your skpe number. I submitted my request just minutes after my order. But Instead of a cancellation the payment was deducted from my bank account. Need help!!!

Thanks for your speedy response. I would have much preferred, the area code be corrected. I needed a 716 area code, however, since there isn't a way to correct the error, on April 8, 2007 the same day I signed up for the service, and realized the area code was wrong, I submitted a ticket for a refund. I purchased a 12 months subsription. My order # is 81212274. My user name is kjrobinson3. I also submitted a new ticket today.

As an aside I think this is an awesome service skype provides. I'm spreading the word.
