I updated to Skype 3.1 and I am unable to purchase Skype credit with PayPal or Credit Card. It says the payment failed and the problem could be PayPal but it is not as I can use PayPal on other purchases on Ebay, etc. I switched to credit card payment and it would not take it either. Does anyone have this problem? Any solutions? I sent email to Customer Service but it has been three days now and no response.

Did you try to buy credits also from your account page at skype.com?

Tried that also but the payments did not go through.

I'm experiencing the same problem.

I cannot top up either by the Skype software or the web site. Skype is not accepting everything from me: Visa, Master Card, PayPal.

In the past I have always used my Visa and everything was fine. I can use PayPal for Ebay and everything is fine. What's preventing me from being able to top up my Skype Out credit?

I have tried to purchase the Unlimited Skype plan with no luck. Always says payment denied. Contact your credit card company. Visa, Mastercard and even Paypal all fail. Credit cards show no transaction attempt, or failure for no clear reason. The Internet is full of compaints from people trying to pay for this product and having nothing but frustration. Even the 5 free minutes that the Skype email said I had didn't work. I am very disappointed to say the least.
