Full Version: Skypeout PAYMENT ISSSUES!Please help asap!

I have tried 7 times to pay for skypeout today, paypal, visa, mc everything basically. Paypal says it is a skype issue. We have been progamming for 3 weeks to test skype in our business application only to find that we cannot purchase skypeout. Then I research online and find that many users over the years have seen this issue? What gives with this and how can I get this corrected without waiting a week? It is not a security issue. We do millions yearly via online sales and wrote our own credit card processing application and someone involved with skype has some really messed up code when it comes to paying for their products. How do we get this resolved and quickly? What happened is that we inadvertently signed up with skype out several weeks ago with a username and requested that Skype allow us to change our skype name and instead of allowing the name change they refunded our skypeout cost today (which was nice on their part) then the drama started. We opened a new account and we have been rejected all day and refunded everytime we tried to get skypeout unlimited. I have no idea what else to do at all. A couple of other quesitions while I am here.
One - I assume that every user has to have their own name and phone number and skypeout? Correct?
Two - I am completely puzzled why Skype thinks there is a security issue with using the same email or same credit card number for different skype acounts. What does a corporation like us do?

I will say this. Customer service wins the battle. I really appreciate any help here. If it seems like I am frustrated you would be to after fighting this all day. Thanks, Tim
