I have a "old" Skype account, which I need to use, because I am most time out of my country and this is only way from my other location to make any calls. Today I was using my account last time at around 10.30 (GMT+2). Now (19:00 GMT+2) I liked to use again, and all outgoing calls (SkypeOut) are blocked, although I have 7 EURO credits. When I log in, I see message, that I cannot purchase or use vouchers (like MANY other users too at the moment).
I made a support ticket, but it will take days until something will happen.
OK. To use Skype today, I made a completely new account, with another eMail address, with my actual location and I tried to put some money on it with my VISA credit card. This purchase I made out of Skype directly, not over Web interface. I got mail with order confirmation ("your order is in work").
Then I logged in at website for my NEW skype account and I see the SAME message, that my account is blocked for purchasing etc.
WHAT IS GOING ON THERE? Balancing my credit card, and then blocking??? A new account, which NEVER was used before??? That's HARD!

Addition: In my old account I am using SkypeIn and SkypePro too. Very bad to treat customers like that, which are like to pay for ALL this services.
