thanks Dave BUT i must say this is the worst system to deal with.

all we want to do is use Skype Out....and to wait a number of days to get an answer is really a joke.

rang Paypal they said contact Skype....cannot contact a human being at Skype to resolve what will be a simple issue.

when all we want to do is spend money with Skype!!!!!!!!!

I hope you understand my situation.

That's OK.
I get called all sorts of things in this job!
I do understand your frustration but the only way to get it resolved is as I suggested above.
Please do file as soon as you can.
That starts the process to get the problem fixed.

Michelleect,

First of all PayPal must be available as a payment option if you want to buy credits for your group.

Then, after buying, you can allocate money to the members of your group.

Allocating money to Group members:

1. log in to your contol panel
2. click the group wher the contact you want to top up is
(or ungrouped if the user isn't in a sub group)
3. click the skype credit tab
4. "Top up everyone until their balance is GBP " fill in the box next to it
5. if you want to activate auto top up, tick that box
6. tick or untick so the right people that you want to give credits are ticked
7. click ok
8. confirm allocation

Please log on to your account page with the Skype name you used to sign up for Skype for Business.
Then click "view administration page". Then click the "add" tab, top right, and choose PayPal as your payment option.
If PayPal isn't one of the options, it is not available for your country / state.
