i purchased 10 pounds of credits using a Visa card with USD, but it didn't show up in my skype account!@!!!!!i have no one to call either......my god, never buy skype credit again!!!!

login at www.skype.com and check your purchase history. ideally card payments should take 15 mins or less, however, i believe it can take up to 24 hours.

should you still need assistance after that period you need to write to skype using http://support.skype.com/?_a=tickets&_m=submit

I've seen quite a number of issues on this matter, it seems to be a recurring theme--well at least more than it should be. I've tried to submit tickets for a similar problem and nothing productive yet has happened (it's been over 2 weeks now; and I've seen other posts where it's been over 2 months, supposedly)

If you get a little too tired of it or just don't have time to deal with it, a good list to check out would be http://21talks.net/featured/10-skype-alternatives . I've tried out the top one and it works pretty well (a little better IMHO actually, and cheaper too!) It also works on SIP / Jabber, so it can talk to other program using the same protcols such as Google Talk or Jabbin. That, in my opinion, is it's #1 value over a program that locks your free calls into its own network only!
